Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination. Free US shipping is available on orders over $75.
All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
Returns
We accept returns on unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return condition:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, clean, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Installed electronics
- Used car accessories
- Damaged items
- Custom products
- Products missing original packaging or parts
Decorative & Electronic Products
Decorative LED and electronic products are intended for show or display use only unless otherwise stated. Check your local regulations before installation. Electronic items may include supplier warranty coverage — contact us with photos or video if your item arrives defective.
